Ready, Set, Act! is a 14 week "first step" to
understanding what acting and theater is all about divided into 3 fun
filled sections:
Ready, Set, Act! (5 weeks)
In
this fun
and supportive class, children use theater games, storytelling and
role-playing to stretch their imaginations and discover the endless
creativity in themselves.
Ready, Set, Dance! (5 weeks)
Children will learn basics in different dance styles (ballet, jazz, musical theater..) This class
fosters the love of dance and introduces the student to coordination,
body alignment and rhythm, expression and self confidence.
Ready, Set, Show! (4 weeks)
During the last weeks, children will learn "how" to put on a show from
auditioning, casting, rehearsing and performing before an audience.
Skills learned will be in self expression, interpreting a role,
listening to a director, team work and stage presence. A final informal
performance before family and friends ends the 14 week semester.

For ages 4-6 yrs old ("almost 4" by permission of instructor)
